I will always aim to be punctual for your tuning and will ring you if I am likely to be more than thirty minutes late.
Cancellations will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given as it is usually impossible to re-arrange someone else to fit into your allotted time slot.
A charge will also be made if there is no-one there when I arrive. (I will wait a short while)
The above are standard business practice.
I will do my best to accommodate in the event of an emergency.
